The Hidden Canves

This project was developed as part of my coursework at SCAD, utilizing Unreal Engine 5 to design an interactive level within an abandoned art museum. The concept explores themes of loss, mystery, and discovery. All the artwork in the museum has been stolen—except for one painting that remains on the wall, noticeably missing a single piece.

The player must explore the environment to locate and return the missing piece. Once placed, the restored painting triggers a hidden mechanism, opening a secret door that leads to the next level. The project focuses on atmosphere, visual storytelling, and environmental interaction, integrating cinematic lighting and gameplay pacing to enhance player immersion.
